2012 Winter Classes

Welcome, what a great time to get fit.

We all have the same 24 hours in our day. Why is it that some people are healthy and fit while others struggle to simply survive? Incorporating a healthy lifestyle into a busy schedule takes education and planning. Maximize the time you have by getting an effective, safe and efficient workout in a small group setting with people you know and can share your success with. If you know you should make some healthy changes to your current lifestyle, get started on a fitness program today. New fitness, nutrition, and training topics are highlighted each week covering information you can really use!

Education, accountability and motivation are your keys to success. Now you can finally get all three in one place. We currently have open registration for our Winter 2012 classes, which will run for 12 consecutive weeks beginning the week of January 9th. Final classes will be held March 30th. All strength classes follow a progressive format utilizing free weights, High Steps, BOSU Trainers , bands, and an exercise ball. We have had a great response to our new Cardio Kickboxing program, which is a fun and effective way to get a butt kicking cardio workout in less than an hour. This class will ensure you make some great, positive changes to your physique. New participants can start any time during the current session, so don't wait any longer to get fit...start now!

All workouts can be modified for any fitness level. Class fees are due at the time of registration. Each class is limited to fifteen participants to ensure proper form and technique through individualized attention and instruction.
